I don't even know where to begin with this home. Its "back 40" is the place that held weddings, birthdays, tributes, team parties and so much more. We loved the house the first time we saw it and spent the next 16 years making it a homestead. The interior and exterior was completely updated in 2015 to make it more of a Hamptons look. The 2-story barn with a bath, office, 18' amazing barn door, rear exit garage door, side pole barn that was remodeled to match the home. That kind of barn. The other side of the pavers leads to rock walls, rock steps and a 40X40 - 20' Cabana with its 20' stone fireplace, full kitchen with double grill, ice machine and refrigerator. Poured cement bars and counters are held up by beautiful stone. Every year round sport is watched from the Cabana. Big enough to fit 25 people under it comfortably. Every inch of the property has been professionally designed, landscaped and maintained to a tee. All of this part of the backyard is split wood fenced with screens. Since we always felt like this was a farm more than a house, the fence has all gates that are tractor passable. The final back acre has a chicken mansion, a shed, a garden and the best 4-wheeling, golf cart riding trails ever made.
